Hey guys, thought i would add some info in case anyone was found in the same position as me, i have seen posts asking about this before I applied as a PCSO and then a PC (was told i could be waiting ages for a training date as a PCSO) Well dont you know it, my A/C day 1 for a PC is two days before ...

Being on this forum can be frustrating, not because other members don't agree with what you are saying but because they can not see or are willing to see what you are saying, i hope that makes sense, basically we all have our own opinions but we can still see other peoples opinions if we chose to. ...

The fact there are not mny constables at a particular time of day is an issue for your management, It will only change if a need is shown. That need might be PCSO detentions where they have to let them go after the half hour. Its comment like that than make me think you are sometimes in ko-ko land....
