Do PCSOs have powers of arrest?

Well PCSOs do not have specific "PCSO ARREST POWERS," no but there is no reason why they cannot use "citizen arrest" powers

Do citizens have arrest powers? Er yes they do! but you need to know the details!

there were more than 3 templates but the system was simply fitted onto the remainding templates, 1 of those 3 would suit all the others and did admirably

spinning back to 2008, we were actually in fantasy land with the advent of phpBB3. Let's face it, the forums are the driving force of the site, it is the "voice" of the site possibly, but with a brand new forums software, all the "new" styles were mighty tempting
